Recognising the need for flexible, workable yet simple recruitment solutions to suit today’s business needs, The Construction Careers Company can offer its clients the choice of three methods of charging for our work.
- Permanent Placement – simply recruitment of new personnel to the client’s own staff. In the instance of a permanent appointment taking place, our fee is a competitive once-only charge with a refund guarantee scheme of three months is available from the start date of the candidate.
- Alternatively, should the client wish to engage the appointed candidate as a directly paid freelance or self-employed resource then we can offer a prorated recruitment introduction fee invoiced periodically based on exactly the amount of time required for the assignment.
- Where circumstances suit, the Construction Careers Company’ s Temporary Staffing service is available to payroll and manage staff on the client’s behalf and will invoice the client at an agreed daily/weekly or monthly rate for such time as the workers’ services are required.
